Right of withdrawal

Information about the statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement, for example by email. You may use the model form below, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we receive your notice. We will normally use the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

Special information for digital content

For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may expire before the fourteen-day period ends if AILORIUM has begun performance, you have expressly consented to performance beginning before the withdrawal period expires, you have acknowledged that you consequently lose your right once performance begins, and you have received the legally required contract confirmation.

If these requirements are not all met, an existing right of withdrawal does not expire merely because a download has been supplied or used.
