What can I buy here?
The English shop offers KENDIVO creator bookkeeping and the English No Fear of AI books. Each product page explains the content, format, price and requirements.
How do I receive my purchase?
After payment is confirmed, downloads appear on your order page and in your account when you use the same verified email address. Software activation instructions may arrive in a separate email.
Can I use my German AILORIUM account?
Yes. Both shops share accounts, wishlists and purchases. Use the same email and password. Each domain has its own login session, so you may need to sign in again.
Which payment methods are available?
Stripe displays the available methods at checkout. Prices are in euros. We apply the German small-business VAT exemption under Section 19 UStG, so VAT is not shown separately.
Is KENDIVO available in English?
KENDIVO offers a German and English interface. Check the product page for the current scope and access requirements.
Can I try a book before buying?
The English book pages include previews and sample downloads so you can see the style and content before purchasing.
Where are my previous purchases?
Sign in with the email address used for the purchase. Both German and English purchases are linked to that address. For missing orders, contact info@ailorium.de with your order number.
What if payment or a download does not work?
Some payment methods take time to confirm. Refresh your order page after confirmation. If a signed link has expired, sign in to your account for a new link. Contact us if the problem continues.
Can I share or resell the files?
Your rights depend on the product description and our terms. Original files, prompt collections, licences and access credentials may not be resold or shared without permission.
How do I withdraw from a contract?
Read our withdrawal information and use the electronic withdrawal form or email info@ailorium.de. For immediately supplied digital content, special statutory conditions apply.
How can I contact you?
Email info@ailorium.de. Include your order number for purchase-related questions, but never send your password or payment credentials.
